Our Company Culture

Our corporate mission is to delight our customers by providing the best experience. This includes our internal customers, as well as our external ones. To help build morale and a cohesive team, we hold several employee events throughout the year, including wellness topics, ice cream socials and quarterly business update luncheons. Our much-anticipated annual company picnic, where we play mega Jenga, cornhole and company trivia games, gives our entire Matawan based team the opportunity to socialize and connect while promoting some friendly competition.
